Where is the Human race heading

Prophecy (Noun): To foretell by divine intervention. The notion of prophecy has been pondered by human kind for many Millennia. Yet prophecy is nothing more than predictable cycles that tend to repeat themselves over time. If we understand the workings of time we can usually get a good handle on prophecy. Whenever there is a high point of civilization, it always ends in catastrophe.

We can all agree that the future is unknown, and like any 'unknown', what humankind does not understand often tends to be surrounded by an element of fear, the fear of not knowing. The human race has always sought insights into what the future might bring us never considering that perhaps what we need to understand is that we can create the future we want. Our unnatural way of life has created a planet in chaos, a planet that might not be able to sustain our very existence as a race for too much longer. Where can we look for salvation? What awaits us now and in the future? What can we do to prepare? How much time do we have left?

From our past we hear the message from great, ancient civilizations, such as the Egyptians and Romans, who seemed to have evolved soundly for centuries then suddenly destroy not only their civilizations infrastructure, but all moral and spiritual values, that initially underpinned their way of life. Mythical civilizations of Atlantis and Lemuria have been said to have crumbled in a similar state of destruction.

In the more recent times of 1250 the population of Europe had reached about 70 million, the population was increasing at about 1% per year. Consequently food resources were stretched to the limit but the threat of nuclear warfare, global warming and great earth changes were not an issue and the great cities continued to grow. In 1348 the terrible Black Death hit Europe with a devastating result. By 1400 the population had shrunk to half of its total a century before.

The first of the recurrent bubonic and pneumonic plagues were to beset all territories until the 1730s when its effects were catastrophic. We are looking into the past and seeing a poor reflection of ourselves. Has humankind once again lost its way? Is history repeating itself? Do we want to bring about the same outcomes of destruction, abrupt annihilation and complete lack of respect for life and for all living things? It seems we are on a downhill slide, out of control and inevitably heading for human catastrophes and massive geophysical changes.

The population worldwide is escalating at such a fast rate, 5.7 billion in 1994 and expected to reach 8.2 billion 2025-17, drastic changes will be needed, if we are to support such a mass. Already our food resources are under threat with water becoming one of our biggest problems - the lack of it, the pollution of it and the global destruction by it!. For humankind to survive we have to urgently radically change the way we live on the planet. With pollution out of control, incurable diseases like AIDS and cancer killing thousands of people, with man abusing the Earth's natural resources and subsequently wiping out numerous species18 and forever facing the threat of nuclear war, it is understandable that we should have some trepidation about our future. Nature has often intervened when the population exceeds to seemingly uncontrollable levels, however, this time it may not.

We sit in our air conditioned offices and nature is outside. We've lost touch with the natural balance of things and if we do not change, the earth will change things for us, as if to get our attention. Where are the answers we require and what are the correct questions we should be asking? Time is not running out, but our ability to respond is.

The dilemma facing us is how can we make such enormous change and create the future we desire? With the new millennium fast approaching, people find themselves irresistibly drawn toward the messages contained in prophecy. Some of these prophecies have been fulfilled with unnerving accuracy and yet heated debate still continues over the credibility of exactly what they are trying to say. Perhaps prophecy and the messages left from the ancients can give us more insight. Are our ancient civilizations reaching out to tell, or warn us of something.

Some say that the Great Pyramid on the Giza plateau in Egypt is like a 'blueprint' for humankind's evolution- a history of the world in advance. Did they understand dimensions of time that we have not discovered that could enable us to know about the future before it reaches us?

The theory is that when the Great Pyramid's sacred geometry and internal time line is examined, a calculation of significant historical events such as the crucifixion, the outbreak of the first and second world wars, the bombing of Hiroshima and even the JFK assassination can be determined . According to Marsham Adams (early twentieth century author and Egyptologist), the passageways of the Great Pyramid offer an accurate account of our history and probable future . Adams suggests that every pyramid inch (from a starting point located just inside the descending passage) represents a year of time on earth, except when you reach the Great Step at the top of the Grand Gallery to the final chambers toward the Kings chamber then, one inch equals one month and we move very quickly from 1938 through to 1958 and then to 1998. This appears to be the time frame we are now in with the end of one great era ending and a new Golden Age emerging. After extensive research, experts have concluded that the Great Pyramid's time line is extremely accurate.

After a hunched over effort to walk up the ascending passage in the Great Pyramid one reaches the Grand Gallery. At this point the roof appears to jump up representing the year 33 AD and a shift in man's consciousness, an explosion of enlightenment. From the years represented between now and the year 2000, is a small passage in which man is forced onto his hands and knees (literally) before entering the Kings chamber of enlightenment . With the accuracy of the time line, the undoubtable question coming from this information is what does the period of time between 1998 to 2000 have in store for us? Were the builders of this huge stone calendar trying to reach out to us, the people of the 20th century, trying to tell us something? And is this information contained within this architectural instrument - a Threat or a Warning? Whichever, the accuracy of the calendar means we must acknowledge that severe change is upon us and now is the time to prepare.

Futurist/author Gordon-Michael Scallion is an internationally known and respected modern day prophet. Along with many other prophets including indigenous peoples such as the Maya and the Hopi Indian, Scallion prophecies cataclysmic earth changes between 1999 and 2012 . Scallion experienced a health crisis some 15 years ago and subsequently had a spiritual awakening that left him with the gift of prophecy. He accurately predicted the Kobe earthquake in Japan, Hurricane Andrew that devastated the East coast of America, the flooding of Catherine in the Northern Territory and the Oklahoma City bombing. His most recent prophecy is the flooding in New South Wales. His prophetic 'strike rate' is approximately 85% correct . He publishes a bi-monthly newsletter called Earth Changes Report which predicts many human and geophysical events before they happen. He claims that the other 15% of his visions do not eventuate because the future is not definite, that the future is what the collective consciousness decides it to be, and that in these cases free will has changed the course of destiny.

Gordon-Michael Scallion says it all begins with the sun's axis shifting, which in turn effects the inner core of the Earth resulting in three major pole shifts. According to Scallion the Sun's impact plunges every planet in the solar system into an axis shift as well. In his visions he has seen a moon from Mars (Phobos - which means 'fear') straining to free itself from it's orbit. It breaks free from Mar's gravitational pull, hurtles through space and possibly collides with our planet. This, as well as the Sun's magnetic pole shift, causes the Earth's axis to shift. Scallion also sees many tectonic plates rising and falling and water being displaced to many parts of the globe resulting in huge devastation globally. In the near future he sees ancient lands rising as a result of tectonic plate movements revealing the lost continent of Atlantis (in the Atlantic Ocean) and the lost continent of Lemuria (or Mu) in the Pacific. Remnants of these ancient civilizations are being found in the waters off the islands around Japan and in Bimini off the east coast of America . These predictions must be recognized, the accuracy and the probability of his predictions make it hard for anyone to refute such facts. Why are we not preparing for such Earth changes that seem so likely to occur?

How could it be possible for Mother Shipton, a woman living in 15th century England to foresee events and objects. These and many other prophetic writings were smuggled out of the Mitchell Library in NSW thirty years ago. Other prophecies were documented and stored, being deemed unsuitable for viewing by the general public. She was scorned as being a witch and was burned at the stake. Similar to Nostradamus, she foresaw her own death. She predicted, that 500 years after her death, her valuable writings would be discovered for all to see in a land "as yet to me unknown ".

The most well known prophet is Nostradamus whose predictions have been proven many times. Nostradamus in his writing used a cryptic language for his own safety so as to survive the criticism of his generation.. If the popular and well researched prophet Nostradamus can't persuade people to acknowledge that the time to act and prepare is now. Then perhaps the most popular book can influence people to recognize how important prophecy can be in leading us to salvation.

For nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. All these things are a beginning of pangs of disaster. - Bible Matthew 25: 7 & 8

The signs are all around us, we have the knowledge of what the future may bring to us. We should use this gift of prophecy to start to prepare now!

Other purpose of prophecy is to warn us, so that if we don't like the prophesied outcome, then we can use our free will to change the course of destiny. Many of the prophet's believe that the future forecasts of global catastrophes is a time of Purification. It is a entirely new phase of evolution a time for the Earth to cleanse itself and to prepare for a new cycle.

Many prophets have made similar predictions of global devastation and catastrophe, between now and the year 2025, that we cannot and should not ignore. If these prophets are correct and their prophecies are to come true, then isn't our knowledge and understanding, of these outcomes, the most valuable information we have? The tool of prophecy gives us insight into the road we are travelling, granting us the ability to make modifications to get our lives and our planet back on track. This challenging document does not aim to instil fear or apocalyptic thought in the mind of the reader. It is intended to inform the reader that the time is upon us, global catastrophe is impending, the prophecies are coming true now. We must realign our future goals with nature so as to flourish into the new millennium. I invite you to draw your own conclusions and challenge them, research in the vast pool of knowledge at your fingertips to look closer at what you accept as 'life'.
