Wayne:
Within the past few years, there have been huge crystals discovered (much
larger than humans), both in Mexico and the Bay of Biscay area. Can you
tell us the origin of these crystals and whether or not they are “natural” or
were somehow manufactured through mental projection? Are there other
locations of these large crystals to be found? This is
relatively simple to answer, and one that we thoroughly love to answer.
It goes back to our earlier communications in which we discussed the original
purpose for the creation of Planet Earth. Its original purpose was for
that of communication. Each planet has in the galactic universe-city, a
PhD in a particular field of expertise. For Planet Earth, her PhD is in
the field of communication. First, she was
created simply a planet, a planet that existed for a day of cosmic
time. Now, there is time and then there is Time. By this we mean,
you have Earth time in the terms of a single millennium. The biblical
terminology of a single day of creation is approximately 2,000 years.
That 2,000 years, or one “day,” galactically speaking, equates to
approximately 10,000-12,000 of Earth years, or 5-6 millennia. And from out of
the vault of the cosmos, the time would equate to closer to 24,000 years for
each Earth day. Planet Earth was created in galactic time, not
planetary time. So a single “day” of creation is quite a length of
time. So she existed for many millennia as simply a planet under
construction. The first items
placed upon Earth for the purpose of contributing to communication functions
were the crystals. Crystals grow; they do not stay the same size.
As you plant a tree 2 feet tall, it will grow into a mighty redwood, for
example, many hundreds of feet in height. And so it is with the
crystals. Many of them were strategically seeded. Some were
created upon this planet from planetary substances. Others were brought
in from other realms. In some cases, crystals were grafted, so to
speak, with planetary crystals having galactic crystals planted with them,
side by side. In this way, the young crystal could be in close
proximity to an already magnetically energized crystal. And so these
smaller crystals, many, many millennia of time ago, over the course of time
have grown to be of tremendous size and great power, and have been used by
many a visionary soul to access information contained within the vaults of
the cosmos. Some souls, such
as Marconi, were not fully aware of the magnitude of the crystal
communication energy that he was tapping into when creating the crystal radio
sets. He saw visions and received information, but was not clearly
shown the fullness of what he was tapping into; it would have been way beyond
him at that point in time. But he planted seeds of thought—and look at
the directions that those seeds have grown. And that was the big
picture of his thoughts and his seedings. The esoteric community has
the phrase, ‘seed-thoughts’ and souls such as Marconi planted many seeds for
you to muddle over in your think tanks. So these great
crystals are primarily for the purpose of galactic radio communication.
They are the biggest and best ‘ham radio’ that you’ve got. They work by
way of a system of radio frequencies. Tesla knew this. And so
many frequencies can be bounced off of these great crystals in much the same
way as your great transmission towers that are now able to go somewhat
galactic to Telstar. The time will come when those technologies that
are beaming into deep space in hopes of picking up a communication from beings
in other places will actually do so. And it will come directly into
your television sets. It will bypass the jamming stations set up by
FCC. And what you will see at that time will be something similar to an
ET family at home speaking to Planet Earth, each in their own language.
And the people of the world will see these families and relate to them as
they do to their own families. They will talk about their life, their
work, and their education, and they will bring forth a myriad of what we like
to call the ‘common denominators.’ And it will be a tremendous breakup
of a gridlock system for communication, for your Telstar-type of equipment
will be commandeered by greater intelligences than those who put them up
there and they shall begin to be used for higher purposes. There are other
great crystals within the mountains of Peru. In the mountains of
Tibet—the base foundation—there is a tremendous crystal. Remember the
deep ravines that we spoke of some time ago that some have called
Shangri-La? Within the deep jungle areas of the region there is a huge
cave with many, many tunnels, one of which will lead to a crystal beyond
belief. Those crystals are as tall as your skyscrapers and as big
around at the base as a pyramid, the likes of which the humans of this planet
have never seen. There is a great
crystal beneath what used to be the Mesopotamian fertile land. There
used to be aqueducts and canals throughout this great valley. But when
the warring factions came to that region, the great crystal had to be
silenced. If it were to become activated at full resonating
frequencies, it would create tsunamis and quakes and volcanic activity that
would be cataclysmic indeed. So we have turned that particular station
off until such time as the masses of the peoples of the region begin to feel
their heart chakras, for they are a people with that energy shut down.
They say that they love, but they love only their own, and are merely using
tribal instincts of self-preservation. In this same region is a growing
number of beings who have within them powerful love. This is why the
Mar-ek group, together with Lady Salena, have set up quarters in Tel Aviv to
help anchor the energy of the kind of love that can make changes for the
greatest good of the entire planet. To those lightworkers of the
region, we say to you, you are not alone. We are putting our shoulders
side by side to yours and we are pulling with all our weight to help you. In the regions of
China wherein are the great mountain ranges, there are also great
crystals. It is because of the crystals that the great mountains were
constructed to surround them as insulators and also protect them from the
vision of beings that have only 2nd and 3rd dimensional sight. There
are upon the planet at this time beings that are 2nd dimensional, in that
they have no potential in this lifetime to connect with their high self
and/or their souls. These are beings without the potential to
learn. Please understand that in trying to paint picture-words, we give
a little different understanding to some of your usual terminologies as to
what is meant by 2nd dimension. 3rd dimensional beings have the capacity to
learn. 4th dimensional beings are those who have taken many
initiations. They have taken the 3rd and the 4th initiation. 3rd
dimensional beings can oftentimes tap into the 4th dimension, which is of
many, many levels from those regions of low vibration disincarnates, to the
high upper levels wherein you can find the dwelling places of many of the
angels and light-beings who have established outposts during this time of
great change. In these upper realms there are also crystalline
formations similar to those set up by the 24 elders off the coast of
Florida. There is great interaction going on between these two types of
crystal communication systems. In order to
manifest in the third dimension, the blueprints for construction are set up
in the boardrooms located upon many dimensions, and then they are constructed
upon the 4th dimension and then lowered down into the 3rd dimension at the
appropriate time. The blueprints of these activities are held in sacred
trust upon the causal plane in the great halls of jurisprudence within the
reference library of the Hall of Learning. Our wordage is such as to
stimulate your thinking. It is simply a starting point for those times
when you find yourself in your think tank space. There are crystals in
many places and they all have a singular purpose: communication of some type.
One more time we
will tell you, you are not alone. There is much activity going on
behind the scenes in the galactic boardrooms. And rest assured, our
Commander-in-Chief, so to speak, knows exactly what he is doing. Wayne:
There seems to be so much damage being done to the environment and to our
health by either direct government involvement, government contracts with
outside sources, and governmental regulation or lack thereof relative to
so-called private corporations. I speak here of toxic spraying in the
air, electromagnetic radiation, genetically-altered seeds, pesticide usage,
toxic dumping into the waters and grounds, and so forth. Can you give
us some insights as to the motivations, why it is continuing unabated, and
what individuals can do to get back to living in harmony and balance with
Nature? We are in the end
times. It is the final curtain call pertaining to the dark
energies. Now, when you think in terms of the final curtain call, you
are generally watching all of the actors on the stage at the same time.
If you’re watching an ice-skating performance and it’s the final curtain
call, every performer is “strutting their stuff” to the highest potential of
their capabilities. Those of the dark energies have reached the final
curtain call and every one of them is strutting their stuff because time has
run out. It’s very much
like the man who has lost his woman to another man, and he says, “If I can’t
have her, he sure won’t have her either.” These dark energies, if
allowed to have their way, will take the ship down with them. But they
will not be allowed to do so. Instead, it is like they are having one
great destructive drunken brawl. And rest assured, come the dawn, they
will have one big headache. With some of
these deliberate actions that you speak of here, it is for the purpose of
stopping those who are asking so many pertinent questions at this time:
make them sick, keep them preoccupied, and they won’t have the energy to
think well enough to ask intelligent questions. There is also a
movement for seeding the clouds in order to make rain. And there is
indeed great success in this area. And if those doing it had the
greatest good for the planet involved, it wouldn’t be such a dangerous
thing. There are other chemicals that could be used, instead of those
toxic chemicals that they are actually using, that would be much safer.
They could also cause it to rain in the Sudan if they wanted to, but if they
were to do that, the people would become productive and begin to think, and
there would be a civilization to be reckoned with. Toxic dumping is
done primarily by those who are serving their own interests. It’s a way
to get rid of unwanted by-products. It is not being done to really
injure anybody, but then they don’t care if they do injure. The
consequences of the souls involved in this activity, while it will be
serious, will not be quite as dire as those within the military who are
deliberately setting out to injure people. There is no justification
for what they are doing. One of the best
and most effective ways of stopping this kind of activity is to make it known
that it is going on. This is the great value of the Internet. And
this is the reason there are some who are wanting to regulate this particular
industry. There is a grass roots movement amongst those nations who
have peoples that have either awakened or are awakening to the point of
asking questions. They are talking and they are writing to their
congressmen and their representatives: “Do not drill for oil in Alaska.
Protect the dolphins. Protect the ancient trees that do more in calling
forth the rain than do any military planes. Protect the
rainforests.” There are great outcries on many fronts these days. The next great
outcry will be over the use of the drug Ritalin. Any of you who have
access to the doctor’s type of drug reference book, look up the word
“Ritalin.” And when you do, you will find that it is the legal drug for
“meth.” And so what has happened here is that your children who are
oftentimes your gifted and talented inquirers, don’t sit still in their
seats, and they are too intelligent to memorize math facts—they want to know
the whys—have teachers and principals who will actually take parents to court
to see to it that the child is given “meth”—let’s call it what it is.
Now, “meth” is addictive. When these kids get out of school, they are
released from their prescriptions and no longer have a legal way to feed
their habit, and so they are forced by the educational and medical system to
behave illegally. So now we ask you, who is really guilty of
what? And this is one of the reasons why the educational system must be
overhauled—so that the needs of the superbrights are addressed to the same
degree that the slow learners are addressed. The slow learners are the
children of those who have used drugs of some kind—not always, but
often. They are also the children that have been abused. So we need to
look at the value system of double standards, for those children who are
given Ritalin are some of the most abused of all. Rather than do this
with your child, parents, conduct home school. Form a grouping of
parents who can meet together somewhere and teach 3 or 4 families of
youngsters at the same time. There are legal ways to do this.
Your hyperactive children need mental stimulation and a good jump rope.
They need physical exercise. These children need to be held and rocked
and nurtured by parents and caregivers. They do not need to be sitting
in chairs; they need hands-on learning. They need creative interactive
play time set up very much like gestalt therapy or transactional analysis of
role-playing. They do not need one-on-one with a psychiatrist; they
need to work out their problems within the realm of their peers in role-playing.
And this form of education can be implemented right now. You have at
this time your Montessori-type schools, but we would suggest that the parents
themselves begin to teach their own children, in a Montessori-type setting,
but where the parents themselves are the teachers. Form home-schooling
support groups and become interactive with each other. If this were to
become a grass roots movement throughout the land, the departments of
education would get a quick message to make some changes. There are
many children who do quite well in the school systems on certain levels of
their being, but still the essences of who they are are not being
accessed. The reasons why they are on the planet are not being
considered as a resource. Wayne: I
recently had a significant guided imagery experience with an angelic being
named “Entarion” and several of her attendants, during which she took me to
visit and observe what appeared to be the 6th dimension, a place of creative
manifestation in which many other beings participated. Can you tell me
more about this being and her attendants and the dimension to which she
guided me?
In actuality,
this is the 6th level of the 5th dimension. The 5th dimension is the
dimension of learning. It can only be accessed when accompanied by a
guide. However, individuals who are on the 6th level or above the 4th
dimension may ask to be escorted to the Hall of Learning on the 5th
dimension. From this Hall of Learning, you may be escorted to many
different levels of this particular dimension. The 6th dimension
is the dimension of the Masters and incarnate beings are not allowed upon
this dimension because of the intensity of the vibrations. Some Earth
beings are allowed to do something of a remote view of this dimension and
they are allowed to experience certain events and report back their
experiences. The 6th dimension at this time is a dimension of
tremendous ingathering of many souls from many places. It would be
similar to a tremendous place of great activity where certain
responsibilities are discussed and relegated. In military terms, it is
what is known as a “war room.” In our terms, you might call it the
Peace Equation Room, because this is what these great beings have come to
establish on Earth. And this peace harmonic is applied to every
situation and condition of life on Planet Earth. There are many
boardrooms where information is exchanged. And unless you are viewing
this type of activity, you are not viewing the 6th dimension. Beings
who view this dimension are given information that is to be applied to
specific earth conditions in order to bring in a greater vibration of
harmonics of implementation that will lead to peaceful resolutions of
critical mass situations. This is very
different from the halls of learning of the 5th dimension. On the 5th
dimension, you are actually there and you are in a variety of classroom
situations or you are participating in experiential laboratory of life
situations, somewhat like role-playing in various therapies that you have
upon Earth. You actually study the exchanges of energy in various
scenarios and you trade places with these energies for the purpose of
experiencing outcomes. What is happening
on the 5th dimension at this time—and this is but one situation—is that a
group of souls from many countries of the world have gathered together with
beings from the Mideast. The common denominator of all is to find a
path to peace. But the energy of the Mideast must be understood.
So, with the assistance of a group of angelic or Master souls, who are as the
guided imagery therapists, create dialogue situations of role-playing that
can be very intense and it puts the reality of the situations in your face,
in you emotions, and in your heart. The situation becomes intensely
real and you return with your guides to your homeland with a clear
understanding of the needs of the people who dwell in the mideastern
regions. You are then enabled to work for the highest good of all
people involved. The same thing is being done worldwide in the health
arena and also in the socio-political arena. We hope that this gives
you a clearer understanding of the 5th and 6th dimensions and what their
functions are at this time. Wayne:
Can tell us what is the cause of the so-called Hepatitis C virus and if there
is a remedy for curing it. Hepatitis C is a
condition that is deeply ingrained into the many energetic systems of the
human. It is very difficult to deal with. The cause is a deeply
embedded resistance to change. The difficulty is that on many levels
these souls are willing to make changes. They are able to move from one
location to another comfortably. Oftentimes they are very congenial and
very friendly, but there is something within them that they hold as sacred
truths that is in reality flawed. The most
therapeutic thing that they can do for themselves is to find a therapist
familiar with past life regression or early life regression from this
incarnation and do a type of role-playing based upon the information gained
from earlier life expressions. Oftentimes it can be a life that was
led, as an example, as that of one of the Spanish conquistadors. This
was a grouping of souls determined to eradicate heresy. They were
determined to extinguish the lives of those of belief systems different from
theirs. They often eradicated souls much more advanced than
themselves. When these conquistador’s souls died and entered into what
they thought would be heaven because of their efforts, and then learned that
they had made grave and serious mistakes, the pain so greatly permeated their
DNA structuring that the guilt and grief is beyond endurance. And so in this
time they have a self-inflicted grief and they need assistance in addressing
the issues of what they believe to be right and honorable and noble. Usually in the
present life, there is something that they are thoroughly convinced is
correct information, but it is not. It is creating problems in this
life so as to trigger or push the button of the remembrance of a former
event. Find and heal that situation, and the wildfire DNA cellular
structure will become harmonized. For the conquistador, it would be
like finding the DNA cell that is the pagan. We hope that you are able
to understand what we mean by this. The difference this time is not to
put to death that pagan cell, but to embrace it in love and ask it for
forgiveness. You believed in that life that you were doing a saintly
thing, but in reality you were gravely mistaken. So we would say to
you, love your self well; love your cell well. This would be much more
effective than any medication that you might be taking. And the
situation of the conquistador is merely an example of how former life
situations work in the now. Wayne:
Can you tell us the significance of the recent conjunction of the Summer
Solstice and Solar Eclipse of 6/21/01 and what it means to Earth’s changing
consciousness. Is there any relationship to this alignment and the
recent quakes in Peru and the new eruption of Mayon in the Philippines? Absolutely there
are connections. As we have said before, all events at this point in
time of this nature are orchestrated. There are no accidents. In
addition to the two energies that you have mentioned, there is also the energy
of Mercury retrograde at this time. And also in addition, and with this
energy, are the energies of Chiron and Vulcan and Lilith, which make up a
triangulation of energy. Figure that triangulation of energy into these
events for a greater understanding of what has happened. On the personal
level, these energies are designed to bring all the personality factors into
a greater harmonious alliance with both the high self and the soul; and those
energies into alliance with the oversoul of a grouping of souls. Your
individual soul is a part of a greater soul group. So you find yourself
drawing together and drawing to yourselves souls from many parts of the world
through your Internet connections. And as in Kay’s case, a lady phoned
her to come to her home for a reading and when the door was opened, there was
her Atlantean playmate. They were so overjoyed, they wept and they
sang, but there was no reading that day. The idea of the reading was
merely a calling card to draw together two old friends. So this cosmic
event is to do this particular work of drawing families of souls together and
reunite them. It will reunite and draw and pull together groupings
known as the patriots, the great theologians of time, the great emancipators,
the vanguards, the pioneer spirits, those souls on fire with social justice
issues, and the prophets of time who have sacrificed their lives for their
brothers. All of these groupings will find each other and together move
forward collectively instead of singularly as they did in other times. Remember, Vulcan
is the great power coming forth as cosmic love. Chiron is also an
expression of love, but more of the ‘teddy bear’ type of comfort zone,
whereas Vulcan is ‘tough love.’ And Lady Lilith is safe passport
through dire situations. And Mercury retrograde is the exclamation
point at this time. It is the great “Aha! I got it—finally!” Wayne:
Recently, there has been a series of coincidental large earthquakes and
swarms of quakes along the 180 degree longitude (Aleutian Islands in the
north and Tonga and Fiji Islands in the south), sort of like an alternating
jackhammer. Can you tell us if there is any significance to the
alignment of these quakes from a global perspective? Also, the
alignment of yesterday’s Peru quake, coupled with the recent ones north and
south along the 180 degree meridian caused me to feel that there will be a
followup quake within the next week or two on the opposite side of the 180
degree longitude, possibly between India and China. Do you see this as
a distinct possibility at this time? There are two
things that we would ask the readers to do in connection in understanding
this question. Find a globe with your Greenwich and your 180
degree longitude and that also contains your ecliptic line. If you do a
visualization of sorts and see these two intersecting lines as rotating, it
would take on a gyroscopic appearance. This is very similar to the
motion of the great blue-white cross. The ohm megahertz frequency of
this blue-white cross has now been stepped up a full octave range. This
is for the purpose of breaking up gridlocks. If you were to think in
terms of the more painful forms of bodywork, and how that breaks up blocked
energy within your physical system, you would be able to comprehend better
what we are speaking of here. The breaking of gridlocks is for the
purpose of freer energy flow on many levels. Dissemination of truth
being the hallmark fruit of the free flowing energy. Now, on the line
of the ecliptic that intersects the 180 degree longitude, near the southern
extent of that line you find Peru, which is the energetic anchor for the
inner city of ancient Pangaea, wherein are contained the most ancient
histories pertaining to the beings who have come and gone from this planet,
and the beings who at this time are returning en masse as incarnate
vanguards. Near the northern extent of the ecliptic you find
China. We are looking for similar events to happen here, as what has
happened in Peru. And we are looking for the events to be sooner rather
than later. Intersecting the
great Ring of Fire around the Pacific Ocean, on the 180 degree longitude, you
have at the northern end a cluster of earthquake activity in the region of
the Aleutian Islands. On the southern end, you have a cluster in the
Fiji and Tonga Islands area. These two energies are acting somewhat in
a jackhammer fashion—really pounding. There is an energetic
relationship with these two points and the two points of Peru and China
mentioned along the ecliptic. You have a considerably greater energetic
potential when it moves in a gyroscopic fashion; you have a greater
centrifugal force. This is an energetic method of dispelling gridlocked
negative energies. The two countries involved are countries where a
large portion of the population is suppressed. And even though there
appears to be 3rd dimensionally great trauma and cataclysms in the regions,
the blessings that will come because of these activities will bless these
peoples tremendously, setting them free of oppressive conditions. As much mercy as
is possible is being extended to all peoples everywhere. To your mind’s
eye, this may not seem to be the truth, but the way in which these events
affect consciousness of those involved is not understood by you. Those
whose lives have been spared will begin to wonder why. Many of them
were trapped in a hopeless and helpless situation. God has spared their
lives and they will wonder why, and they will begin their personal process of
finding their way. In every situation, the greatest possible good is
being offered to each and every soul. You oftentimes say, “All things
work together for good for those who believe.” And this is so true. You
would need to possess 5th and 6th dimensional vision to be able to see a child
in pain and know that this is according to the purposes of the soul of that
child. We understand the
confusion in you thinking about these things and we only ask that you trust
in the process. And this is difficult when this could perhaps involve your
family and friends that you love, especially if you know these souls to be
good people. But understand that in some way, they have an energy
blockage of some type and they need to have the very painful intensive
bodywork. And we hope that you are able to comprehend a little of what
we are trying to tell you. If you are able to understand even a little
bit, you will be able to maintain a level of peace and tranquility which you
will need in order to gain safe passport through difficult times which lie
ahead. Even if you do not have a need to personally suffer through a
catastrophic event, it will be difficult to see many brothers and sisters in
pain and grief. Know that we are here. There are many
that have gathered to help in any way that we are allowed. There are
those beings upon this planet so embedded in hating their brothers that they
are not able to accept help from any of us. And for these, all we can
do is step to one side. If they should leave the planet in some form of
death, we will be there to help them and to translocate them into the most
comfortable place that they are able to accept; it will not be again upon
this planet, but upon another earth created in the image of this one so that
there will be great levels of familiarity and they can continue upon their
dark path until such time as they will turn to the light. And when they
do turn to the light, they will incarnate upon other types of earth planets
that are more highly evolved. There are several planets somewhat like
Earth, but not of Earth’s higher vibrations, and simply created as a learning
ground for Earth beings not able to evolve with your planet that you know as
Earth. They have been created specifically as classrooms and are
considered satellites of Earth, wherein certain dramas can be played out
without further harming your planet Earth. Some of these earth
satellites are not fully physical; they would be more a part of an astral
world, but not of Earth’s astral world. So we have given
you many things to think about and to consider. Accept what you can and
leave the rest be. Wayne: Is
yesterday’s 8.1 magnitude quake near the coast of Peru related to the opening
of the access to the great underground cities there? Absolutely.
The purpose of these alignments is to bring forth truth. And there is
such a vast warehouse of information contained within the inner city of
Peru. And for this region, there will be other events that to the outer
eye will be considered catastrophic. But at the same time, great
freedom will be attained, for there are masters who dwell in this region who
are incarnate and will know what to do when certain events transpire.
They will rise up in Peru much the same as the patriots will rise up in the
United States following certain events in the United States. At this
point in time, we are not allowed to elaborate more on these particular
events alluded to here. But all of these events have the potential for
great blessing, no matter what the outer appearance might be. To add a side
note, we will state again that you will not be moving underground in a
physical way, but simply you will become aware of the inner worlds. And
again we would state, the major cataclysmic events that are being predicted
at this time will not happen. For those who insist upon these events as
being a necessity, they will go through very painful bodywork. And when
their consciousness returns to them fully, they will be saying, “Hey, we were
right—the others were wrong.” But the reality of it will be the
fulfillment of the scripture that says, “Be it done unto you according to
your belief,” and the other scripture that says, “As you believe, so shall it
be.” So, if you have the need to believe in catastrophics, you shall
have it, but not on the earth, and not within the earth; it will only seem so
to you. You will find yourself on one of the satellite earths,
experiencing the catastrophics. For these beings making the predictions
are the same beings that were upon Atlantis making the very dire predictions
and they have returned and are still at it. But the mass of the
population of Earth has risen above intimidation. No longer will the
dire predictions fill them with fear to the point of the prophecy becoming
self-fulfilled. Those making the predictions will be the ones to sink
their own ship, but the ship of humanity will sail on without them this time.
Once again, we
tell you, the lightworkers have won. The vibration of humanity has been
raised sufficiently to avert the major cataclysmic events. There are only
going to be pocket areas of events. One pocket area is Peru, another
China, and another Turkey. But there will not be a total rework of the
surface of Mother Earth; she does not require this type of bodywork. Wayne: I have
noticed recently that Northern California quake activity has greatly
diminished and the pressure is being taken primarily in the Southern
California desert and mountain areas. This causes me to wonder if the
northern area is building up pressure that will soon be released in a large
quake or swarm of quakes. Do you see anything specific coming up
relative to Northern California quake activity? Wayne explains
the gyroscopic motion that Lady Kadjina has mentioned, specifically as it
relates to an alignment between the Philippines and Northern California, in
response to a question of detail from Lady kadjina: We spoke before of the
gyroscopic motion around the 180 degree meridian line and the ecliptic.
If you again look at a globe and draw a line between the current volcanic
activity in the Philippines and Northern California, you will have a line at
approximately the same angle as the ecliptic, but running in an opposite
direction relative to the equator. Imagine that this alignment between
the Philippines and Northern California is an etheric “wobble” that is part
of the gyroscopic motion around the equator and ecliptic, and you will see
the energetic connection between the Philippines and Northern
California. This alignment and connection in both directions actually
goes through Hawaii rather than the equator, and you notice that Hawaii is
also affected by both the alignments between the Philippines and Northern
California in one direction and between Peru and China in the other, and has
coincidentally experienced a mild 3.3 magnitude earthquake on June 18th. The Philippine
volcano blowing in the way that it is, is an expression of a type of
kundalini energy for the planet, which is attempting to reactivate an energy
grid system in Northern California. And at the same time, it helps to
reduce a certain type of tension. If you think in terms of the human
body, at the base of the skull you have a part of the brain that has a direct
connection to the liver. And what happens in one energy system relates
to events happening in the other. And so it is in the body of Mother
Earth, that there are meridians that are interrelated in the same way.
There is also the meridian in the arches of the feet that relates to the
lungs. And those who are familiar with acupuncture and energy systems
can begin to understand better the connectivity of energetic meridians which
are somewhat different than a grid or leyline, but energetic in nature just

Speaks Wayne: It is suggested
that Hopi settlements in the southwest have been arranged in a similar
pattern to the stars in the constellation Orion (http://azorion.tripod.com/)
and that there is a chakra system relationship between Orion and the Hopi
settlements. Also, it has been similarly suggested that the pyramids at
Giza have a similar relationship to Orion’s belt. If this is true, can you
describe the energetic relationship between Orion and the Hopi settlements
and can you describe the cultural-historical relationships of the Hopi people
to those that constructed the pyramids? The Hopi Indians
are a group of souls who never lost the early connections to their lineage
from Lemuria. There was a group from Lemuria that, when they came to
incarnate upon the Earth, first built physical forms of plants, animals,
mineral formations, in order to experience the consciousness of those life
forms. It was these groups of beings that created the mighty dinosaurs
and then they entered into them and dwelled within that framework of
consciousness. They did these things just to experience the
consciousness and experience what it was like to live within those particular
formations. Up until this point of time, they had not taken upon
themselves physical life expressions. It was these
beings that, when they no longer needed to use the forms of the dinosaurs,
removed those forms. As they created them from out of primordial
substances, they knew how to return them to primordial substance when their
form was no longer serving the highest good. These beings came
forth from the light quadrant of Orion. And since they had not
incarnated on this planet or taken physical form, they were nurtured and
sustained by the Orion energies. Orion had been their home. There
were times when they would get homesick and when things got difficult, they
would yearn to go home. But these beings were here on a mission.
They came to gain understanding of this planet and the many forms of life
that were here and they enjoyed blending their energies with those of very
ancient trees and other life forms. They gave assistance to the
formation of new forms of plant life. So from this particular group of
souls there were groups that survived the sinking of Lemuria and Atlantis,
and they were a remnant group that settled on the North American
continent. They were a group of souls who knew the silent language, the
language of the inner communication. They knew the language of the
heart and they thoroughly understood grid systems and chakra energy systems. Some of these
people, as the motherlands would sink, went into Egypt and hence, many
connections to the homeland of Orion. Keep in mind that there were many
millennia of time from Lemuria down to Atlantis, Egypt, and the settlements
of the North Americas. But through all the millennia of time, the Hopi
Indians have not lost sight of home and many traditions. There is yet
within these people very special encodements, and within the elders of the
Indian Nations there have returned many lighted beings to reunite many of the
tribes into a common linkage and return them into the one fold. And
they shall come together with much knowledge that they have gained down
through their long sojourn upon this planet. Wayne:
Speaking of our connection with the lines of energy, there are some beings
now on the Earth plane that remember using the energy of the Earth’s ley
lines, or “Dragon Lines” to “fly” along. At that time, they remember
being in the form of Dragons, and would carry other beings on their backs.
Can you comment on this form of existence and the relationship to the lines
of energy around the Earth? Before I begin
this interesting dialogue, I would make this comment. It is totally
impossible for the human mind to conjure up thoughts, ideas and imageries totally
outside the realm of possibilities. Your myths, your legends, and your
fairy tales all have basis in truth. If you look at the great stories
within Christian scriptures of a mighty man who can separate the waters of
the sea with his bare strength, bring down a mighty temple, walk upon water,
raise the dead, raise himself back to life, levitate himself into the clouds,
feed a multitude from a few fish and barley loaves, change water into wine,
and stop the Sun in the sky for 24 hours, and you take and project this
forward in time 10,000 years, you’re going to wind up with a myth such as
Atlas or Hercules or Poseidon. And some of you will return in that time
and you might say, “Hey, I was back there in that time and it was
real!” And those modern people 10,000 years from now will be saying to
those visionaries, “Yeah, right!” And so with the wondrous dragons,
this has what has happened. But there are those souls here and there
who are able to remember. There were
dragons that could levitate and that had so much of what you might call a
kundalini type of energy, that their auras seemed to breathe forth
fire. They were indeed fire beings, guardians and custodians of that
particular energy. Today the salamanders are the remnants of the mighty
dragon beings. And they took their energy and went underground
primarily. Many of these little salamanders are more etheric than
physical, but for those of the tradition of the sweat lodges you will
oftentimes find the energy of the salamanders around those fires. The
salamanders are thought of by some as pranksters, or somewhat mischievous
beings, and some of them can be. But most of them have a great joyous
love for those souls who love them and understand them. They still
today work with energy systems. Those beings today who remember the
wonderful dragons, if they have an opportunity to find a shaman who does the
ancient ceremonies of the sweat lodge purifications, go there and call forth
the dragon beings and with the help of the shaman you can mount the back of
your dragon friend and go for a ride through space and time and return safely
again. The dragon energy
is the same type of energy that you could find with the flying carpets.
These things are real; they are not myths. These energies are magnetic;
they are somewhat like the radio frequencies and they are all interrelated
and interconnected with Tesla and Rife and many of the new healing
modalities. There is an interconnectedness between all of these
different fields of energy. Look at the common denominators of the
types of energy that travel on magnetic belts, which are actually reactivated
grid systems of a particular frequency. It is one’s “silver chord” that
a soul uses in astral flight to give them a safe return home. What this
soul does is create an energy grid system that they fly along. The
cartoon movie entitled “The Princess and the Goblin” shows exactly how this
energy system works. It’s a safety device when traveling to the
underworld or to the outer worlds. Wayne: one of
the people who is remembering his life as one of these dragon forms remembers
inhabiting the Isle of Ruta near the British Isles and was involved with
carrying on his back what is known as the Rutan priests. He remembers the
people of that era constructing stone anchors to enhance the energy
flow. Can you comment on the relationship of this experience to the
leyline energy grids in that area? Down through time
there have been groupings of souls capable of taking upon themselves any form
of their choice. Today, this skill is called shape shifting. So
yes, there was a group that went into this region and these are the beings
that eventually interacted with the Druids of both the British Isles and the
Black Forest of Germany. There are common links here. There are
energetic connections also to Stonehenge. Stonehenge acted as energetic
anchors for the energetic cable lines of these belts of energy upon which the
dragons could fly. At that time, the
dragons were more etheric than physical, yet they could be seen by the
priests. And they were as pets and very beloved and they were mighty
fire beings. Fire of this type is the epitome of electrical essences
and the “cable” lines were also electrical in nature and hence they could
travel along these grid systems. There are many different kinds of
energy lines of a multitude of frequencies and they serve different purposes:
some are for travel; others are for anchoring energy; others access portals
and openings; and others are very precision-like, somewhat as a laser beam to
do a particular thing such as shine upon the great crystal in the Bimini
region. So to this
gentleman and to others we would say to expand upon these remembrances.
Go to a shaman or a priest from these traditions; sit in circle; and
participate in the ritual and you will find again the dragon energy, for it
is still encoded within you. And the shamans can give you assistance in
the activating and usage of this wondrous energy. Find others of this
remembrance and form the triangle energy. Exchange thoughts and ideas
and support one another. For you have within you an energy, which when
activated can bless many people. This energy is every bit as wondrous
as that energy that the Indigo Children are using. (See Energy

all deal with dragon and serpent energy. I would add here that, while they
have put the focus on the chakra system and the kundalini energy, that by
focusing on the color plates it would connect you with the great dragon
energy that stands behind the greater energy of the kundalini. The
dragon energy is the godfather of the kundalini of the human and the
understanding needs to go several steps further. We would also tell you
that Wayne and Kay have a copy of this book and could perhaps help in finding
these color plates.) And so we would
tell you that there are many who are remembering many things. We
encourage each of you to speak this truth of your soul remembrance and do not
be afraid of an overworked imagination. Even though you may not get
every detail exactly right, you will take hold of the truth of the bigger
picture. It is not possible for you to think up a totally impossible situation.
There are many
who have been declared mentally ill because of their memories or because they
hear the voices that are calling them. And they have no understanding
in the now of time. But take heart, even the needs of these shall be
addressed in the not too distant future. As energy systems are better
understood, these lost ones in the mental hospitals shall be reconnected and
stabilized. And it will be through the usage of the very type of
equipment that Kay is using at this time. When the fullness of the
potential of this piece of equipment is understood, mental institutions will
be done away with almost entirely. Just recently,
Kay had an experience with a very offbeat group of entities that were trying to
stop her from accessing a higher level of her ancient powers. And they
locked into her energy system at the intersection points of her grid.
The program that she uses picked it up immediately. Kay took a quick
look at the readouts from the day before and she was free and clear of these
oppressive energies. She had seen a therapist that very morning who had
helped her reconnect to her personal power and these beings did not want her
to succeed, so they locked into her grid system. When she realized what
was happening, she called forth her I AM presence and worked for over an hour
to free herself. And she was successful. At this point in time,
she has very little or no understanding of just what she accomplished and
what the outcome will be. The closer one comes to the fullness of their
eternal light body, the harder the beings of the dark will try and stop
them. But also at the same time, the lighted beings have become much
more skillful at warding off those dark energies. Those in the mental
institutions do not have the same skills. But Kay, because she
understands how these things work, will be able to help these beings that are
so troubled. We set this
information before you now because there are many of you who will be able to
relate to what we have just told you and will be able to understand what we
are speaking of here. We want to clearly state, when speaking of these
things, that it has nothing to do with karma or walking in a dark energy that
some would call “sin.” It is simply the way it is, that as you ascend
into greater light, those of the darkness will do everything they can to stop
you. And rest assured, they know every trick in the book. This is
another reason why we tell you that simply filling your being with light
during meditation is not enough. You must actually use that
light. Use it to ask questions, use it to heal, use it to dialogue with
your high self. You have an expression, “use it or lose it.” Kay and Wayne
have made several tapes of their morning meditations which are very creative
activities and which need to be transcribed. But there is no time for
them to do this. So, if any of you know how to do this, just step
forth. It would be a great benefit to many to see a different modality
of meditation. Wayne:
Speaking of etheric salamanders, a reader asks what is the object in a film
clip from a Korean TV station. The object in question is, for lack of a
better term, a "small, flying white zig-zag less than 12 inches long
around a barn or some type of out building. It is not an
insect!" There have been similar "objects" seen in
photos from Mexico. Can you tell us what this object is and what is its
purpose? This is one of
the orbs. These particular things are tiny energetic probes
encapsulated within an energetic orb. They are benevolent in nature and
are simply checking things out. Not all orbs, however, are of this same
type of function. Some are more like fairy beings from other worlds
that have come to say “hello” and they travel inside of something comparable
to the human auric energy field. If you can see the human with the aura
around them, then you can relate that to a tiny energetic being within the
orb of light that serves as its field of protection. And as your
fairies can dart and flit from here to there, so can these otherworld
fairy-like beings within their protective energy fields. Humans with the
ability to talk to fairies can also talk to these orbs of light. If you
befriend some of them, you can have them become something like a pet.
They will hang around. All of this has been known upon this planet in
times past and it is simply returning. They are sources of information;
they are sources of joy and laughter, for in the joy also comes vibrational
upliftment. So we would simply say to you, “go with the flow.”
And to the reader who has posed this question, enter into an altered state
and speak to them. Project your consciousness to them and say to them,
“Little one, remember me, I am the one who loves you. Come to me; I
open my love to you.” And in saying these words, open your heart chakra
and hold out your hand. And they very well may draw near to you.
With patience, you may even be able to touch one of them if you want
to. Their energy field will no more harm you than the auric energy
field of a human who is benevolent in nature. Wayne:
It has recently been announced in some media sources that medical researchers
in India have discovered a supposed cure for cancer called Methylglyoxal, a
metabolite in the human body produced during glucose breakdown that sets up a
dynamic that starves the cancer cells without harming other cells. Can
you tell us if this is a reasonable cure for many forms of cancer? Absolutely.
Just don’t tell the AMA. As we have said so many times, planet Earth
has had absolute cures for cancer since the 1930s. Do you realize that
that time frame is from another century? Do you realize that Essiac
failed being accepted as a cure for cancer in Canada by one vote?
Essiac, when taken in the proper way, can cure pancreatic cancer.
Comfrey tea in balanced dose can work wonders with many internal organic
disturbances. Sea salt is essential to those with highly active
kundalini energies, yet very dangerous to those in a sleeping mode. There are so many
things that are coming forth now. You can withdraw from the human body
a pint of blood and put it through an oscillating device, rearrange the
structures, and put it back into the human body and it will revamp the entire
blood system. You can do the same thing with urine and reinject it
through an IV and get immediate relief from many diseases. Up to this
point in time, when a person has needed fresh blood, stable blood, you have
turned to another person with the same blood type. Now, there are many
physicians who are using a technology of taking the patient’s own blood and
urine, stabilizing it, cleansing it, and reenergizing it, and then putting it
back into the same patient. And the results are amazing everyone.
They relieve and the rectification of disease factors is immediate.
There are many who are receiving weekly treatments. There are many
physicians—medical doctors—who are now doing this procedure free for their
patients. They are doing it quietly, but it is being done.
And when it becomes more known, the AMA once again will do everything they
can to stop it. In effect, the AMA is saying, “Don’t put your hand in
my pocket.” Cures of any of
the major diseases are a threat to the financial structures of those who do
research and treat. Look at the cost, for instance, of radiation
equipment: hundreds of thousands of dollars for just one piece of
equipment. And if that were no longer needed, what would it do to the
industry? If chemotherapy were no longer needed, what would happen to
the pharmacy industry that provides adryomyacin at $500 per weekly
treatment? What would happen to the insurance industry that covers
these things, selling policies to the patients at many hundreds of dollars
per year? What would happen to those that provide the hospital beds and
other furnishings? What would the oncologists do for a
profession? Don’t mess with finding a real cure for cancer. Too
many people would become unemployed. The cures for
cancer will be found outside the United States by countries who will then
sell these cures through the “black market” and set up hospitals that the
Americans can go to. And when the people of the world come to fully
realize how many of their loved ones have died when the cure has been there
right along, there will become a tidal wave of rage. Many are the
practitioners, doctors and nurses and technicians who have become very
frustrated with the system of things and they do the best they can to help
their patients, feeling that their hands are tied at times. And we
commend these magnificent, dedicated souls. Relief is coming; things
will be very different 20 years from now. Lady Kadjina
Speaks Wayne:
There is a so-called universal language referred to as the Language of the
Birds (the bird being a symbol for our connection with heaven), a language
that was apparently common to all peoples in prehistoric times. Can you
tell us what the nature of this language was/is? Specifically I am
interested in its relationship to how some are able to communicate with
dolphins and other animal forms. Is it holographic in nature in that
holographic images are formed and transferred between the communicators? Are
there specific sound frequencies that are used as codes or keys that unlock
this universal holographic communication pattern? If so, how do they
work? How does this language relate to the information contained in the
Emerald Tablets? Are there specific time-celestial alignment
configurations that also unlock this universal information flow? Basically, to
answer your question, the answer is “yes” to all of the above. We have
spoken of these things in various messages. Perhaps it is time to
condense the information into a single format. We have mentioned
before that, even before Planet Earth was formed, there was one language that
was coded throughout the entire universe. And it is what we have
referred to as being the “least common denominator.” It is that which
is known to pull together into solidarity the opposing factions of what we have
termed the “numerators.” These are the details, the nitty-gritties and
the nit-pickings—and it can also be called that which is petty and oftentimes
divides. When beings would get lost in the world of the numerators,
they would then ‘hunker down’ and find those things they had in common.
And the codex language, or the common language, of the universe is what they
used to pull conditions back into that of unity. So the nature of this
language is to unify. The nature is to look beneath the surface or the
superficial to the root of the matter. In this way the big picture
could be found, the big picture being that which is the highest good for
all—a much needed lesson in many parts of the world today, especially for
those who profess to love some specific god savior. The way that some
are able to communicate with dolphins is because they are able to find and
stay centered in those things, which pull all of life into a focus in order
to get the big picture, the big picture being holographic in nature.
The holograph is multi-faceted but within each facet can be found the least
common denominator, or that which unifies with the whole. In other
words, if you are studying political science and are in tune with the
universal holograph, you become aware of the highest good for everybody, not
just your own country or city, but what is good for the whole. Now, we
have mentioned previously that the hologram in Kay’s home at Alpha Centauri
had built into it sound and color. Much of the sound is what is called silent
sound, or the sound of thought. Are you not able to hear your own
thoughts? Can you not hear your heart and what it is telling you?
And many of you can hear your body when it makes its needs known to you. So, yes, there
are color and sound frequencies built in and a human can enter into the
holographic staging arena, either by physically doing so or by astral
projection or by placing any one of their bodies within the holographic
field. It is possible to project into the hologram your intended intent
to obtain a specific agenda or to simply tap into source to receive its
message for you. We have stated
before that your DNA/RNA is your personal codex system. And within all
of prana or creative substance, whether it be physical or yet visionary, has
within it DNA/RNA encodements. As an example of how this works, there
might be a group of souls who incarnate as a team to build a wellness
center. And so this group of souls come together and they begin to
meditate upon how to do this. Now, in every such endeavor there is an
individual who holds a particular key energy: that of the visionary; one who
can implement the vision; one who constructs it; one who brings about the
funding; and those that do the work. But, as so often happens, one of
the key energies can get hung up in personal agenda and the plan for
manifestation upon Earth plane gets set aside. Now this particular
project can only be done by this particular group of individuals, and so they
have to wait for another lifetime to get the job done. But the
blueprint or the etheric double remains in place waiting to be lowered into
the Earth plane for manifestation. This is one reason that creative
meditation is so important, especially when so many are part of a team.
Lightworkers do not come in alone. You do not usually meet your team
members until you are in your adult years and have a variety of skilled
experiences behind you. And so, where the
dolphins are concerned, these people are those who meditate and stay
connected to all of life. And as a team member, this is their
particular facet of the bigger picture, or the bigger facet of the hologram,
and they remain vigilant to their purpose and vision. These are very
old souls, oftentimes, who are well trained and self disciplined. This
does in no way imply that they have no problems to deal with; they simply
don’t allow the difficulties to get in the way. The Emerald
Tablets are not 3rd dimensional; they are 4th dimensional and 5th
dimensional in nature. A 3rd dimensional being cannot access the true
meaning of the Emerald Tablets. They are vibrational in nature.
Vibrations have frequencies. All frequencies are coded. All
frequencies can touch to DNA and RNA that has the proper codex and set up a
reverberation which has within it a type of sound: the sound of thought, much
like hitting a chime and following the sound. The sound goes out in
waves and then the sound connects with a type of source, not necessarily the
ultimate source, but the source of creation of the Emerald Tablets themselves—that
particular frequency. When connection is made, there is set up a return
flow so that the human is able to access within themselves the depth of
meaning that is contained within those Emerald Tablets. Within the
tablets is coded information that can control all of the elements, including
fire. When Kay’s house was on fire, she recalled the words for the
controlling of the fire, used them in a particular inner authoritative
ceremony which connected her high self and soul with the personality, and instantaneously
the fire went to sleep. There are many able to touch into the Emerald
Tablets and that energy, both consciously and unconsciously, so that bullets
go straight through their bodies without harm and airplanes that have run out
of fuel land safely, and ships with holes in the hull make it to port without
sinking. These things are happening every day; you just don’t hear
about them. Lightworkers don’t speak of these things, because who would
believe them? There was a situation where a class V hurricane struck a
military base, knocking out all communication systems. But there was a
lightworker and when she went to use her phone, the phone worked long enough
to send out the message that all is well and that there were no
casualties. And then the phone was dead again. And this is the
purpose and the reason for staying connected by finding the least common
denominators or the point of unity. And this unity is the frequency of
the Emerald Tablets: to unify all of humanity and in so doing, remove all
judgments of the one who is different from you. There are
celestial timelines for all of these things. There is an individual
timeline of bringing yourself into attunement with your high self and soul,
and the same type of timeline for the multitude of humanity. There are
two types of portals: one which the hierarchy opens to stimulate humanity and
then a second that is opened when humanity becomes sufficiently stimulated or
awakened, at which time humanity calls out for more and that request for more
will open another portal. The Law is, pertaining to portals, that once
you pass through a portal into another dimension, you immediately begin
searching for the next portal opening. And this creates and escalation
process. It becomes an insatiable quest to know, to understand, to
implement that knowledge, to bring about manifestation of the attained
truths. From a
reader: I am hoping that someone in your group can help me to
understand what colors are associated with the new 13 chakra system and what
energy ray or quality of light is associated with each and which Ascended
Master is Lord of that ray and the day of the galactic week that that
particular ray is most prominent. Source is of one
light: the white light. And as you draw closer to that source, colors
fade away and return to the light of source. We have given before as an
example, the diamond of many facets. It is clear in color; it has no
color. But when that diamond rotates and the light of source—any
source—shines upon it, it will flash red, and then it will flash green, or
blue. Now source can be you in your quest for truth. When you as
an individual are born, you come in with five rays of energy and also a
primal ray which some are beginning to use. At this point in time it is
rare to find the violet ray being used for the physical etheric. You
have evolved beyond the group of 39 beings that Djwal Khul was working
with. None of them had evolved beyond the second initiation. But
with the wave of the vanguards, which began incarnating in 1939, the second
wave in 1940, and the third wave in 1941, there came beings who had taken not
only the third but the fourth initiation as well. And rest assured,
these mighty beings have been judged by the lesser evolved as having heavy karma
to deal with. For they took upon their shoulders the crosses of the
world of humanity. They have been raped and tortured; they have known
hunger and deep humiliation; they have been in and out of many a foster home;
they were born to drug-addicted parents and overcame; they were orphaned at a
tender age. But they have carried their cross with such dignity that
now, at the age of 60 or so, they are strong; they are survivors; and when
meeting a troubled fellow upon the path, they utilize a silent language; they
do not require that situations be spelled out; they simply know. They
can read the face and the eyes; they can read the skin and the hands; they
understand well the language of the body. And so all of
this has a bearing upon what color a particular ray energy might be. It
is based upon your point upon the path and based upon your need of the
moment. When you utilize and activate the 13th chakra, you are using
the diamond energy and it can refract to you any color at any moment. When
using the chakra system of your 7 bodies, of which you are normally using 5
colors or 5 ray energies, you have the color of Ray 1 being red—see-through
red. No longer is it a dense red of tomatoes, but bright, clear
see-through. This is the ray of power, force, dynamic energy,
implementation—the pioneer. So today, there are some who have as the
physical etheric ray the energy of the red ray, ray 1. These are very
focused individuals with well-connected nadial systems of information.
Your physical etheric is your extra-sensory perception arena of gathering
information. Ray 2 at this
time is a light bright blue. It is no longer indigo. Indigo was
used during the war years to assist in the birthing of a higher consciousness
and to break up the gridlock of condensed energies. So successful has
it been that the color is now that of the blue diamond. And over this
energy is Lord Michael. And in his current paintings you will often
find him with shades of light blue. Ray 3 is a ray
that indicates clear mental energy, the ability to get a handle on the big
picture. And this color at this time is of a light yellow
diamond. There is a certain topaz that is very bright and clear but
again it is a see-through color and a very soft color. Ray 4 at this
time is called the Ray of the Angels. It is the greatest of all of the
healing rays at this time and is a very light shade of springtime green—the
first buddings of the new leaves on the trees, especially those of the mighty
oaks. The angels are working upon clearing—clearing the astral worlds,
clearing the inner worlds, clearing karma and healing. And there are
bands of angels just waiting for you to ask. And there is not one thing
of no value. If it is important to you in any way, it is important to the
angels: a parking place; an opening in traffic; a call home from a lost
child—all of these things are important. Ray 5 is bright
clear see-through orange and is the color of the intergalactic
alchemist. Kay at this time has for her physical etheric the orange
ray. And for most of you who have studied Alice Bailey, this would be
an impossibility, but times have changed. The alchemist is one who
operates a huge computer system and has sensory feelers out in many
dimensions simultaneously. No longer are they simply hands-on
concrete. This has been the color of science—“prove it to me”—but now
today the alchemist is using advanced sciences such as Rife and all of the
advanced modalities for healing. Ray 6 is a twinning
of several energies: indigo has been allocated to Ray 6 to birth a new
consciousness into those devoted to a particular guru system, in hopes of
birthing a concept of unity and brotherhood. Here you will also find
pink and rose, the love that is necessary to bring about the unity once a
higher consciousness is birthed. You will also find here silver, which
is strength to carry forward. Ray 7 is still
the violet, but it is a violet that is very light and very clear, such as
some of the more rarified amethysts and alexandrites. And this is a
color, a ray energy, being applied now to all established systems: political,
economic, social, and every arena of life. Now, which angels
preside over these particular rays is almost impossible to designate because
the angelic kingdom comes forth primarily from the green ray and utilize all
other energies on an as-needed basis, the focus being to heal. And no
healing comes about except through changes in established consciousness. Another thing I
would point out is two different channels can look at the same auric field of
a particular individual and see totally different colors. The reason is
that each channel is in connection with his or her own individual source or
soul, and that soul refracts their diamond light in a particular color
spectrum that shines upon the person that they’re looking at. So here
it is a matter of trusting yourself when another sees it differently.

How is the Antarctic area related to what was once Atlantis? Actually, this is
easy to answer; Kay just thought it was going to be hard. Basically,
there is truth in all of these things that you have just set forth. There
is an ancient city; there is a space craft; there is the magnetic energetic
that we have spoken of before; it is also emitting radiation; there is a
pyramid of energy, very much like that over Bimini and off the shore of
Florida (to many it has the appearance of being physical, and it does have a
type of physicality.) So you ask the
question, what is the significance for today. It has to do with
meditation, if you would. Many of you, when you meditate, connect
through your feet, or your south pole, to Mother Earth, the one who gave you
physical life. And then you align your crown chakra, the North Pole, to
source, and for this planet it is the Sun. So, back to the South
Pole. Just who and what does it align to? It aligns to the Father
energies, and in this time it is Vulcan, Chiron, the mighty Saturn, Pluto,
and Neptune. But the first two, Vulcan and Chiron, have become very
dominant. As yet, they have not been given the attention that they
deserve. Up to this time, they have been deleted from your astrological
charts and should be included, especially for those who are definitely upon
the path. It would give a whole different purpose and significance to
your life, especially in this time frame. Vulcan and Chiron
are great sources of the energies of compassion, mercy, understanding, and
applied wisdom—and by that we mean how to unify the peoples of the world so
that all have what they need. Chiron is a gentle soul but at the same
time very strong. Chiron is the Lord and Master of astrological science
at this time. Vulcan is Lord and Master of the big picture, Lord and
Master of unifying forces. And the more ready for unity this planet
becomes, the more approachable become Lord Vulcan and Lord Chiron. And
so these great vortexes and energies and pyramids and the great light
refractor that was left behind by a former civilization is beaming, asking
for them to approach. The mighty Thoth, with his disciples Enoch and
Hermes—parallel energies of this great being—when fully awakened from his deep
sleep, he will summon forth Vulcan and Chiron. The feminine
energy of these great beings is the mighty Lady Lilith. By many she is
dreaded as being to sharp and unyielding. But she is the one with the
built-in safety net. She points the way to go, which may be to walk the
tight rope over a deep ravine, but, holding her hand, you can’t fall.
When everything is raging around you and on fire with hurricane winds, she
can take your hand and even though you cannot see, she can take you right
through the eye of that hurricane that is still and calm and quiet and you
will arrive safely at your point of destination. But it can be a very
frightening thing to do this; it requires great trust in the process.
And this characteristic has been lacking in humanity, so Lady Lilith has
stayed in the background. She, too, should be figured into the
astrological charts. The Sabian
symbols and the work of Rudyar should also be figured into astrological
charts, for both of the creators of these systems at the conclusion of their
last incarnation ascended into the realms of Master and have left behind a
legacy which, by the way, have built-in frequencies and encodements that can
trigger responses from your DNA/RNA. When doing Kay’s astrological
chart, figuring in these three great powers, she has a 6-pointed star, with
all points perfect except one, which is off less than 2 degrees, which gives
a whole different scope to the purpose of her life and it gave it great
comfort and also a reason as to why she survived all that she has. And
there are thousands of others with the same configuration. But she also
has four T squares. The great
civilizations were pre-Atlantean and were strategically placed because of the
anchoring polarity, as in the case of a king who places a crown upon the
crown chakra. So the connection to Atlantis was one of grounding, of
connection to these energetic beings that we have just mentioned.
Chiron and his group were incarnate upon Earth in the early times of
Atlantis, and so was Lord Vulcan, who incidentally is as a father to
Thoth. Thoth, Vulcan and Chiron, as well as many others including Lady
Lilith, had to extract their energies at the time of the fall of
Atlantis. However, there has never been a total and complete disconnect;
there has always been sufficient sustaining energy. There was a group
of Atlanteans who vowed to reunite the kingdoms into harmony. And the
terminology, “Unite the Kingdoms” is multi-dimensional—unite the kingdoms or
bodies of an individual man, as well as communities, as well as global, as
well as intergalactic. The Atlanteans
utilized the polarities of the north and south poles. They did temple
alignments with these energies. They laid their cities out in harmony
with north and South Pole energy. At the time of Atlantis, there was
much continuous landmass into the north and South Pole; there were no polar
ice caps in either region. There were mighty mountains that were
snow-covered, but there was much activity of a galactic nature that went
on. Structures such as great observatories with magnetic grid systems
for communication were set in place, because at this location certain
energies could be accessed that could not be accessed at any other
location. The Atlanteans would travel to this area and do much studying,
and also they would do much communication with other beings in other places. Lady Kadjina

Is there something unique about Sri Lanka off the coast of India that allows
for travel through dimensional portals? Are there other areas similar
to that on the Earth? If so, where are they? Are they connected
with the Cities of Light? We’ve talked
considerably about many of these dimensional portals here lately. And
Sri Lanka is another one. We have spoken of Shambhala, Bimini, Grand
Canyon, Bay of Biscay, the area of Alexandria—these are all some that we have
discussed. And at that time we discussed that there would be many more
of these portals. Each of these portals is an entranceway into a
particular facet of the hologram, if you think in those terms. You get
a piece of the puzzle when you enter them. Each portal or “stargate” is
point of activation for the networking system, or the grid system. This is a time of
testing and checking the grid system. Breaker switches are being thrown
all over the planet to make certain that they will work. Sri Lanka has
the energy of pulling together religious factions that have been in
separation to assist in the dissolution of discordant patterns of thought
within world religion, so that members of various religions will come to a
point of respecting other religions. All world religions have something
of value to contribute to the good of the whole. All world religions
say in essence the same thing. It is only human consciousness that sets
up the divisions; it is not God. Wayne: I
am assuming that there are at least two basic ways to enter dimensional
portals: one from specific locations on the Earth and one from within
consciousness wherever one happens to be. I would like some
clarification on this point. Also, I understand that our government has
been able to create dimensional portals through the use of various man-made
technologies and that some researchers have traveled through these
portals. There seems to be much fear on the part of these researchers
and scientists on the workings and inability to control the trip. Could
you comment on the implications of these “artificially-created” portals? Basically, it is
the intent and purposes doing the creation that determines whether it will be
an experience that blesses or an experience that is fearful. You and
Kay some time ago had an experience where you traveled to her home on another
planet and it was a wonderful experience. And you went through a
dimensional portal to get there. You were able to experience some of
the technology in that place. You experienced a type of hologram that
was used for healing purposes in her home in that place. And it gave
you expanded ways to consider a hologram; it was a good thing. When you
have a government or any group of people whose mind is set upon controlling
others and these individuals create a portal, they enter into a dark energy
that is indeed fearful and can indeed unleash fearsome dark energies.
This is part of the functioning of the grid system that has been placed
around the earth and the actions of the great blue-white cross and the star
tetrahedron. These energies, if they should be released, will only
strike those involved. There is a protection that has been put in place
to deal with these very types of things. Recently you and Kay
experienced a man who is a great dowser, who is able to create certain
entrance portals, but he does it in way that is safe. He does it so
that the student can experience a portal in order to know the reality.
But these portals contain boundaries. Wayne:
Returning to the question of intent, how can people prepare themselves to
safely enter dimensional portals either from a specific location or from
where they happen to be at the moment? One enters into a
state of interactive meditation with the high self. You state purpose
and intent and ask permission. Every human has what we call the “silver
chord” so that when they go into dimensional travels, they have a way of
returning. There are different portal entrances upon the planet that
take you to specific places. To go to that particular place it is
generally easier to go to the location. However, there are many souls
upon the Earth trained and skilled sufficiently to go where they want to and
create their own portal without the need to physically go to a particular
location. The specific portal entrances have something like a guard
gate. You cannot enter or pass through unless you have a “key
card.” You must be prepared in order to enter. Governmental
agencies would like to access these portals, but they are not able to do
so. Nor can their third-dimensional bombardment of these portals
destroy them. There are some
humans upon the Earth at this time who cannot be killed. Their vibrations
are such that bullets will go right through their bodies. In other
words, a 3rd-dimensional object has no effect upon their 4th and 5th
dimensional light bodies. Their physical selves are no longer 3rd
dimensional and cannot be destroyed. So it is with the portal grid
systems of Planet Earth. They cannot be damaged, altered, changed, or
affected in any way whatsoever by any government activities. Nor can
the government activity cause the portals to open up to them. The government
cannot gain access. They can gain access to a world of terror, the
fearful experiences, but only they will have the experience, not the rest of
humanity. This is the time
when those who have agendas not of the light will see those agendas come to
nothing. They will fail. This is part of the activity of the
great blue-white cross and the star tetrahedron: to transmute and render
harmless these types of activities. It is only if you become afraid of
any activity of the government—and this includes the chemtrails—that you can
become affected by any of it. Those of you who are truly of the light
can experience the poisons of the earth and remain unaffected. If you
become affected by anything whatsoever, and become affected by a chemtrail,
do not point the finger at the chemtrail; look at yourself internally and
find the reason why you opened the door to the chemtrail that it could enter
in. The same concept holds true for any type of energetic
bombardment. It could be a coal factory or a nuclear power plant—the emissions
cannot touch you without your permission. This is the reason for the
ascension process and this is the reason for the attainment of your
light-body. This is the reason for the crystalline substance of your
DNA-RNA. This crystal substance has the power and the authority to
transmute anything whatsoever that you do not need. There are only so
many molecular structures upon this planet put together into various
formations. The crystalline substance of you own light-body can break
down into base particles any molecular structure and then reassemble it into
crystalline purity. Instead of entering into a pattern of alarm or
concern over these things, transmute it. Wayne:
It appears from NASA photographs of the Dead Sea that there are ancient structures
(one of which appears to be exactly 0.8 km on a side) submerged there that
have some interesting alignments with structures on the surrounding
land. Are these structures from a previous city such as Sodom?

Yes, these are
remnants of that great civilization. Sodom and Gomorrah were two
teeming metropolitan areas of great activity. The people who lived
there had learned to communicate with extraterrestrials that they considered
to be gods. They had considerable technical knowledge. There were
two sets of extraterrestrial beings that were in competition with one another
to gain control of the region—one of the original forms of Star Wars. These two groups
of extraterrestrials approached two of your Earth beings. One was
Abraham and the other, his nephew Lot. And it was these two groups of
extraterrestrials that literally duped Abraham. They appeared to Lot as
Angels but were not; they were not messengers from God. It was these
groups of extraterrestrials that caused a nuclear detonation of Sodom and
Gomorrah. If the ETs could not control, they would destroy. And
the remains of some of the great technologies of Sodom and Gomorrah have
become buried through the detonation beneath the Dead Sea. These are
technologies very comparable to that which Tesla was exploring. There
were also nuclear reactors in that place. And to capture such
technology would be to great advantage in the game of Star Wars that was
being played out at that time amongst the extraterrestrial groups. Anyone with the
capability can go into the region and locate a concave mass of land
approximately ¾ mile wide and 1½ mile in length, which was part of the
nuclear detonation, and find nuclear particles still active. This was
one of the reasons that nuclear activity can be so dangerous. It is
still there thousands of years later—it does not go away. There are
technologies that can clean up radioactivity from nuclear destruction and
this technology is being brought forth at this time. This is not the
only nuclear repository upon the earth. There are others. Wayne:
When did this destruction occur? 6,000-7,000 years ago. Wayne: A
reader is interested in the history of water beings on Earth. She notes
that, according to Robert Temple in his book "The Sirius Mystery"
(1988), amphibian beings, half-humanoid and half-fish, who lived in water,
have been credited with the founding and origins of many civilizations on
Earth. Aquatic Beings have been credited as responsible for teaching and
assisting humans in areas such as agriculture, mathematics, music and
cosmology. Also, The Sumerians had a tradition of water deities, the main
character being the water-God called ENKI; the Babylonians also had the
tradition of a fish-God called EA, all of which lived in water. Many
other traditions such as the Syrians, Greeks, Chinese and Egyptians also had
these types of water deities, called by different names. The existence
of these water-beings is still evident today in Babylonian seals, Syrian and
Phoenician coins, in temples, in sculptures, in vases, etc. I wish to
ask you to please enquire with Lady Kadjina about this issue: By Sitchin's
account this Ea and Enki did not sound either like water beings nor too
friendly to humans. Besides, they came from Nibiru. While for the ancient
civilizations mentioned above, these water-beings were the givers of
fundamental principles and the founders of their civilizations; besides,
Robert Temple makes the connection between these older civilizations and the
Dogon Tribe in Mali, which claim that these water-beings come from
Sirius. I find these two versions create a serious discrepancy, in the
use of the same names, as well as, in totally different contexts.
Personally, I find the physical evidence and historical accounts summarized
by Temple more credible. I do not resonate to the Nibiru story...don't know
why...some aspects I feel are real, some I don't... Could you please be
kind enough to raise this issue with Lady Kadjina? Good
morning. This is Lady Kadjina. There have always been, and there
still are, water beings. The dolphins are the only fully incarnate and
fully sentient water beings left in physical manifestation on EArth at this
time. These magnificent beings are able to communicate with humans in
this time and they are very powerful guardians of very ancient information
and energies. There is a being called Chiron who is part man and part
horse and he is a very real being, even now, who lives primarily in the world
of spirit but is very much involved in the activities of humans, especially
in the form of energetics in the world of science that you know as
astrology. There have been mermaids who were able to function on land
and in the water and who also communicated with the humans. Many of the
fairy kingdom are able to live in the air, in the earth and in the
water. Today the great devas influence many things in the water, the
mountains, and in the oceans. We want to say
here that there are members of the Mar-ek team, of which I am a member, who
work very closely with Sitchin and we have a great respect for his
work. We recommend to our students that they study his works very
carefully, in conjunction with the work that we call the Emerald Tablets.
And along with these two, to study the work of Jose Arguelles. Where
the Annunaki are concerned, there were many groups of them and they remained
with the Earth over a great distance of time. Many of these were very
benevolent to humans. But other groups fell from grace, so to
say. And they were not very kind to humans. You can look at the
Atlanteans in the same way. There are many Atlanteans of very high
standards, but then there were those who became corrupted and fell from
grace. This is a time of the return of the Atlanteans, and this group
had conflicts with the darker energies of the Annunaki. Then again you
have Orion and while there are many great enlightened beings from Orion,
there is also a very dark sector of Orion that has played havoc with the Earth.
What we are saying here is that there are the two forms of light expressing
through many planets and through many beings. All of these planets and beings
have done some great works and given good information and they also at times
have created havoc. It is difficult
to give information concerning history when there are so many humans looking
at the history from so many different perspectives. It is imperative at
this time to always look at the bigger picture. Ea and Enki are two
energies that also expressed through Earth, which has a consciousness of
duality. When they first came to Earth and influenced the aquatic life
forms, it was to a time that would be considered a Golden Era; it was not a
time of conflict. It was a time that allowed for play and playful
experiments with the life forms. At this time many energetic beings
came into the Earth en masse. They would enter into the life forms of
plants, animals, earth, water, and cloud formations because they wanted to
know and understand the consciousness of these forms. As time went on,
they inter-married, so to speak, and propagated between many different forms,
so that you had consciousness in trees, for example, and the trees could
greet other approaching life forms and communicate with them. There are
many of the ancient trees that can still do this. Today the clouds
themselves are becoming more sentient. They have the ability to hear
the human when they speak, and to respond. If a human needs rain and
speaks to the clouds, and the clouds give the rain, and the human in turn
gets very excited and dances in the rain and blows kisses to the
clouds. These clouds then respond and become very excited also, and
they begin to watch and look for their earth friends, the humans, to see if
there is a way to make that human happy again. Many forms of life are
becoming sentient and fully conscious once again so that all forms of life
